Generative AI Content Assistant

Project codename “Banksy”

Banksy is a U.S. Bank generative AI content assistant. It combines a large language model (like ChatGPT) with a curated knowledge library of internal documentation standards and guidelines.

My pitch for this application received an Innovation award from our executive panel, and I received the internal resources to build a proof of concept. The PoC is performing exceptionally well, and the resources for a full implementation will be made available in Spring of 2025.
