On an assignment for Liberty Latin America, I was the principal UI/UX designer responsible for the end-to-end user experience of a massive telecom implementation. I was responsible for all UX research, developing the structure and flow of the SFDC solution, and generating all custom UI designs and assets. The SFDC solution went live in 26 different LatAm markets.
